1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered by Surveyandcare.com are intangible, customized, and research-based. Once a project has been initiated, resources, time, and expertise are allocated specifically for that client.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The service has not yet started, and
A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.
If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion after reviewing the request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The research, survey design, data collection, or analysis has already begun
Reports, insights, or findings have been shared (partially or fully)
Delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
The client changes scope, objectives, or requirements after project initiation
4. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For any recurring or ongoing services, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable.
